Not as good as I was expecting

It's also hard to connect and it won't always control the volume correctly. It cancels noise fairly well whenever you manage to get them in correctly. I'm fairly disappointed with the experience after paying so much for them.

Should you be finding the smallest of the 3 ear tip sizes that come with the earbuds uncomfortable, you likely don't have them sitting correctly in your ears. We have a guide here that will help you make sure you get the perfect fit: https://bose.life/34NQd7G

Fits well and doesn’t fall out because of the piece that goes into the upper ear. The ear buds have three levels of quiet. You can carry on conversation with the 1st level. Background noise is muted more on level two. On the last level it’s difficult to hear any outside noise. The sound quality is very good. The buds charge lasts several hours and the case remains charged for 2-3 days. I originally tried another major brand before I tried Bose. There is no comparison in quality, fit and convenience.

If music is your thing- these are top-notch, outperforming my AirPod Pros. If you like movies or play games as much as I do; you may be as disappointed as I was. I wound up returning these and went back to my AirPod Pros.
