Maybe it was just the one’s I purchased, but the right one sounded like if it had water inside and the left one wouldn’t play by itself which i found weird. It would only play as a pair but, the right one would play by itself.

So 1 1/2 years after $279 plus tax. Warranty is only for a year. Bose customer service online is marketed as 24/7, but the button is grayed out as unavailable. Problem is they will not connect to the iPhone Bluetooth because of white/red lights error where only advertised solution is customer service. Tried all the tricks and read the manual-No joy! Actually couldn't connect for at least 6 months, but today I spent 2 hours in a deep rabbit hole to get this fixed by reading the manual, online research etc, which turned out to be a waste of time, so because I acted on fixing this just today, I added an extra six months of "working." I do not recommend these unless you are willing to pay another cost for extended warranty. Cheers!

The mediums are a little too small & the large is a little too big. Sound quality is good. Noise cancelation is really good. Overall size of the product is still too big. I love Bose. However, I think they need to make it smaller and add more touch features. Case is too big as well. I prefer these over the AirPods Pro, which is a good product as well.

Also having a huge problem keeping the ear bud in my right ear, tried changing out the ear piece to try and find the right fit, but no luck.
