    I bought these headphones and they are the best that Bose has put out in my opinion and I own a lot of Bose equipment

    Great performance, unfortunate that they do not have a direct BT connection, has to be through a Bose App

    Longtime headphone user but after I switched to ear buds, I really loved the ease of usage with the same sound quality to headphones.

    I bought a pair of these and when i opened them up, only 1 earbud would light up. Took forever to sync to my phone. You have to install the Bose Music App, which for some reason cant find my earbuds and when i do a manual search, it fails. I tried some troubleshooting through the Bose website to no avail. I fogured, maybe it was a softwar issue. So i went back and purchased a 2nd pair and have the exact same issues. Im going to fully charge this 2nd pair to see if that was a necessary step however. If not, im returning both pairs and never purchasing Bose again. For right now this is a 1 star rating unless it fixes itself

    After just over 2 months of consistent use these buds are rendered useless. The microphone has stopped working almost all together and getting them to pair with anything is a lost cause. Even when they worked properly pairing to more than one device was a major issue. I purchased these for my wife along with a new phone and smart watch for Valentine's day. Got them setup and paired to her phone easily and with no problems. The Bose app worked well and allowed her to program whatever touch functionality she wanted. However, pairing them to her laptop proved to be a slight challenge as the phone needed to be manually disconnected first. Then, unlike my wireless buds from a different company, they would not automatically switch or maintain connection between the two devices. If she wanted to pair them to her computer she would have to open the app on the phone to disconnect them from the phone and then open the settings on her computer to reconnect them the the computer. Having used them for many Zoom meetings, initially the microphone was great. Blocked out background noise very well and picked up her voice perfectly. By mid April the microphone has pretty much completely stopped working on the rare occasion that they will actually pair with either of the devices. They won't even enter pairing mode to try and pair them to anything else. Unfortunately, they are now just barely outside the return window rendering them an expensive mistake. I will probably end up buying the same pair I have as a replacement for her.

      Hey there, sorry to hear that your wife wasn't satisfied with her gift due to a microphone and connection issue she is having.

      To confirm these earbuds don't feature multipoint, meaning that you won't be able to connect to a PC/Mobile at the same time. Instead of opening the Bose Music app, she can simply turn off Bluetooth on the previous device.
