    Does not stay put in my ears. Touch mechanism is too sensitive and/or inaccurate. Whenever I want to increase the volume, the buds hang up my call instead. Not worth the price, even on sale.

      The volume controls touch controls may not be enabled in the settings. Please make sure they are enabled before trying to use the touch controls to use adjust the volume. Helpful suggestions can be found here https://bose.life/32IJKxG for the touch controls.

    Nice design. Music quality was great. Phone call quality with minor back ground noise was subpar. Buds use a master(R) slave(L) concept. These should be $89 buds.

      I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing some issues with call quality. We'll be happy to help you!
      I would recommend that you try clearing the pairing list on the headphones. You can do this by pressing the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. Once complete, delete the pairing on your source device and reconnect like a new connection.
