Excellent Sound Quality
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the sound quality and noise cancellation. I used to own the Samsung Buds live and these are far superior in sound and noise cancellation. However, the Buds live were very easy to connect and switch between multiple paired devices. The Bose needs the paired connection to be disconnected and then the next one can be connected which is a pain when you are switching between devices often. The buds size is okay for me. But the case is almost the size of my mouse.

Good, but not great.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose is known for their top tier sound and performance. These deliver when it comes to sound cancelling, battery life and ease of use! I have an old set of QuietComfort 15 (over the ear headphones) and these in-ear headphones provide quieter noise cancelling in the form of less white noise. As mentioned, battery life has been very good and pairing has been consistently reliable and quick to my S9 phone. The let down is call performance. While people hear me just fine, occasionally one headphone will squeal, get very quiet and/or lag (meaning, one side's audio will be a second or so behind the other side). I guess it's just my ergonomics, but when I smile or laugh on a call, one or both headphones will back out a little. I've tried the different sized tips, followed their directions on how to insert the headphones, all to no avail. As a customer who has used other Bose products in various fields over the past couple of decades with great success, I felt confident in sticking with the brand and used that as a primary factor in my purchase decision. However, I feel these earbuds have tarnished that reputation. For me - these are great if you want to drown out the sounds around you while remaining inactive (office, air travel, around the house, etc). For everything else, these are a miss.

Posted .Hello Chris,
It's disappointing to hear you've had issues with call performance. This certainly shouldn't be happening. If you haven't already, please unpair the headphones from your smartphone, then, establish a new connection.
Be sure to also check the firmware of the headphones is up to date via the Bose Music app.
If you need any further assistance, please head to the Bose website's contact page.

Do better BOSE
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought beacause i always wanted to try bose ear buds. At first they were awesome, but started to disconnect on me. I then did an exchange hoping it was just a malfunction os one device. The second pair started out the same way, awesome at first but then started having issues. Particularly in the right ear piece. It would connect for the first 5 min or so but then eventually does connect. Until recently where it does not connect at all. Didnt want to write a review right away and want ed to wait till i have enough lenght of time to use it and i am glad i did. If i was ti give a review right away i would not have the opportunity to disclose the imperfection the device had.

Close to Perfect 4.5/5 Stars
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PROS - Sound is near the top of the TWS ballgame. Soundstage is excellent for the design, great instrument separation, engaging mids/vocals, and a nice top end without becoming sharp or fatiguing. - Top-notch ANC. Still won't match the over-ear models from either Bose or Sony, but very effective and probably the best ANC in the true wireless realm. - Comfortable fit. Might be a little large for intense workouts, but works well for lifting and walking/stairs. CONS Touch controls are limited. No track rewind or volume controls. Hopefully this will be updated in the next firmware release.

Bose QC Earbuds - the best sound!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bose is simply superb! Sound quality is amazing, and the bass is punchy. The active EQ - boosts highs & lows, and makes music sound consistent. Clean phone calls. I really appreciate Bose’s acoustic sound (depending on sound taste), and the active noice cancellation is creepy - in a good way. You won’t hear any ambient noice, but only your music. I know Bose tends to get heavy critics due to its pricing and “lack” product features, but if you’re looking for clean, crisp, and consistent exceptional sound, Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds are the answer!

DOn't think twice these are it--
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.THese are by far the best earbuds i have ever bought. I spend most of my day on phone, it is our world now rght? If I'm not on a call, there is Sirius playing in the background. The depth of sound is joyous. Using the in-app EQ sets the tone to just where i like it. set the Noise cancelling to quiet and shut the world out. You can immerse yourself in a concert like sound experience. the Battery life is as advertised. Drop the buds back in the case for quick boost in the middle of the day

Good headphones
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome little earbuds. Kinda painful after wearing for a while even with the smallest ear things it comes with. Charge on case lasts about 5 to 6 days with light use(2 or 3 hrs a day). Noise canceling is awesome but if you turn it down there is like a wind noise if your music isn't loud enough. Bass is ok id like more but no equalizer for a 250 dollar product. Absolutely stupid not to include a way to change the sound settings by bose.

Headphones are great but not worth the price
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very late to purchase these I purchased these to compare them directly to the Sony XM4 earphones The sound quality would get very good including clean and clear base once you increased the volume but in terms of before you hit the halfway mark the music sounded very flat also to be a little critical asking $280 in 2021 and still not being able to use just the left earbud it’s kind of comical I found that you can use the left earbud by itself as long as you have the charging case open but in terms of a company like Bose and given what the product is meant for it’s very impractical to have to do that, if I purchased the Bose and didn’t have the Sony next to them trying them back-and-forth to decide which one I want to keep and then I probably would have kept the bose but if you were buying this now and moving forward get the Sony XM4 they have more base more features same exact price not to mention you’re not carrying around a brick in your pocket
