It falls out with very little effort, despite properly inserting it. I have also found the touch controls to be difficult to use, often failing to respond to touch commands. The sound quality and range are awesome but when used for phone calls, people stated they could hear excessive noise, indicating it was not doing a good job of noise canceling of my environment, unlike the QC35's that work very well in all regards. Unless a solution to the earbud falling out can be found, I will likely have to return these.

This should really help to ensure they won't fall out of your. The new StayHear® Max Tips are designed with a unique umbrella-shaped tip and an extended flexible wing to keep your earbuds securely in place no matter how much you shake your head or jump up and down.
