Bose products sound great, I’ve owned several pair. I had one major issue with these, if I turned the volume up all the way one bud would crack and pop. I even tried a second pair, same issue. They sound awesome up to the halfway mark and have a very long lasting battery. But with the cracking and large size of these I returned.

Purchased these for my husband because a) he just lost his second pair of AirPods and b) he tried them on and loves them. He’ll take these for listening over AirPods. However, when we talk on the phone while he uses these I can hear A LOT of the background noises. But for music and watching movies they sound really good.

Like always, BOSE shining with its audio quality but always showing its buggy, unfriendly, and deficient connectivity. Connecting the headphones to an iPhone is terrible: sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. There’s no way to truly see all the perks if you don’t open the Bose Music app (which, by the way, is another lousy app). Swapping through devices is terribly difficult and requires effort. Worth the money if you’re willing to go through the connectivity, compatibility and app-related issues. Not really recommended.

Great sound and perfect fit. The noise cancellation is above par and the bass is awesome. My go to headset for travel or day to day use.

I’m a huge Bose fan, so I’m always willing to try a new product. While this isn’t new, it’s new to me and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I find them comfortable and work well. A few things I can figure out or would like to see would be an easier way to put the volume up. I tried swiping up and/or down but no luck, it just opens Siri. Another thing would be to have calls and texts announced like my AirPods.

I got these as a gift. Not only do they have the incredible Bose sound, but the noise canceling is the best I've ever experienced. When you turn it on every outside sounds fades to practically nothing, It's honestly amazing. Listening to a movie on them with Atmos is wonderful. Deep bass, crystal clear voices. Second to none! Call quality is great as well. Overall an excellent experience.

Excellence in soumd quality. The major problem I have is these earbuds continue to fall out from just the slightest exertion. Even when mowing the lawn I find myself having to adjust or catch them from dropping to the ground. I have tried all the fittings, number two is the most comfortable, but they dislodge from the ear quite easily.

If I could actually give 3 1/2 stars, I would. For years, I've had the QC20 wired earbuds with ANC. Loved them so much that when they finally broke on me after several years, I didn't hesitate to buy them again. But when the wireless earbuds finally came out, I had to try them. And at first, I loved them. They did their job cancelling noise and seamlessly connecting via Bluetooth to my phone through the Bose Music app. They sound fantastic - one of the hallmarks of a Bose product is how they sound. HOWEVER.............ear fatigue is a real thing. They're heavy in the ear and can actually hurt after a couple hours. The buds on the QC20's are lighter and a lot more comfortable, so in the end I went back to those - wires, adapter for my Android phone and all. If only they were lighter in weight. Should a new version of these get released that aren't as heavy, I'd try them again.

Great sound. Great noise cancelling capabilities. I wish they were a little smaller and I wish they stayed in better when running. I have tried all 3 different tips and they just aren't quite perfect. The fit isn't terrible, but they tend to work their way out after a while. I don't want to lose or break a $300 pair of earbuds. The sound is great and the noise cancelling is great, so I will keep them.

Awesome earbuds, noise cancelling is excellent and they stay in the ear during the hardest workouts.

These earbuds are amazing honestly. Both earbuds have touch sensitive functions that affect the experience of using them. The left side changes the amount of background noise being deafened, and the right side is your standard pause/ play button. The noise cancellation of these earbuds are amazing, and I can barely hear any background noise with em. I recommend these if you're looking for some noise cancelling earbuds.
