Recent update made me keep them!

Great noise canceling, yes. Sound was just ok. HOWEVER, Bose’s recent update changed everything! They added an EQ! Bass, mid and treble all from -10 to +10. They also added “modes”, which one preset mode is “aware”, and it automatically controls the amount of noise canceling for you. Well done, Bose. Well done.

Best Bose Buds Ever

I've got about 8 different buds, latest from Samsung, Jabra, Sony, and first generation Bose qc. The variable rate noise canceling is GREAT. Sound quality is excellent Bose quality. These are the only buds that I can do 2+ mile walk with NO Bluetooth drop outs!

In uncertain times, BestBuy still great!!

Using them, I allowed them to drain all the way down before I got them back in the charging case. When I got them back in the case they started charging. When I went back to use them the right one had achieved 100% charge but the left still showed charging and was listed in the app at 0%. I watched a few YouTube videos trying to figure out what was happening to no avail. So, I just left them plugged in and figured I would take them back for an exchange. The day I was going to take them back I noticed the left earbud was fully charged (100% in the app), but the case was showing it was still charging (white light flashing). Then the right earbud connected to Bluetooth followed shortly by the left earbud. But then the left earbud began flashing red. So, back to YouTube. I did everything recommended, again to no avail. So I decided to let the geek squad see if they could figure it out. But, when I got to Best Buy, the red light would no longer flash. They acted normal. Rather than let me leave and maybe have them act up again, BestBuy replaced them with a new set. I’m not used to being treated this good. I can’t say enough about how good BestBuy treated me even though I couldn’t make the earbuds do what they had to do. Needless to say, BestBuy has my business from now on. I highly recommend BestBuy for their exceptional customer service.
