I bought these for my wife for Christmas. The sound is amazing. However, I will have to return these because they do not fit her. We have tried all the different size tips, but they will not stay in place. I wish they fit.

These Bose QC Earbuds are replacing my Jabra 85t earbuds. Oh, my what a difference. The Jabras spent a lot of their time coming off my ears and falling on the floor, plus phone call quality isn't that great. Whereas these Bose earbuds provide superb and rich sound, and very good phone call quality. I already had the Bose Music app installed and the app quickly found the earbuds and conected to them. The noise cancellation feature had two presets so I added a third one (allowed four) on which I set the noise cancellation at about 40% for home use. A double tap on the left earbud switches noise canceling modes. Bluetooth range is excellent. All told, I am indeed very pleased. I also have a Bose SoundSport Free earbud pair, which is excellent but does not have Noise Cancelling. The sound quality on this new QC pair is even better. Lastly, the "Stay Hear" wings, similar to what are on the SoundSport Free, really help keep the earbuds in place very well. You have to be sure to gently twist the earbuds to move the lower ends forwards to get them securely in place. Only negative thing is that it shuts out my wife's voice so much I have to take off an earbud to hear her! Now don't get cynical and say that's a good thing!!! :)

I did a lot of research between brands before purchasing. With the noice canceling all the way up and music playing I’ve had people yell my name and I didn’t hear them. I love it. Especially love how you can customize the noise canceling level. Not 100% the comfiest to lay on but it makes sense. If you want to sleep with them, you just have to position yourself right or lay on your back.

They have good sounds durable power as they spect like them very much I really recommend them

The sound is amazing. It really does seal out the outside noise. What do I dislike about them? They stick out of your ear too much. To use all the touch controls make sure to have both earbuds in. They're really 2 stars but the amazing sound gives it a 2-3 Star bump up on top.

I was just waiting for the Black Friday discount and got them as soon as I saw the offer. Excellent Sound Quality. There are 3 different pairs of ear tips to suit different ear sizes which I felt is the best part of it as I intend to use them for work related calls and they typically go on for multiple hours and I want to feel comfortable wearing them for such longer durations.

These are definitely one of the best ear buds I have purchased along side with the air pods pro. The sound is great, the build quality is great! The charging case is kind of bulky, but great build quality over all. The earbuds tend to stick out a bit. The ANC is great, I would definitely say, if you buy these you won’t regret it.

I was surprised/disappointed that there is a lag when I use them with my PC. Sound is nice and noise cancelation is also good though nothing like my Big Bose Headset. They have been comfortable and all in all Im very pleased with my purchase though not going to give them 5 Stars.

Noise cancelation is nice 5 stars ,, working in very loud plant its pretty good .one thing that I cant seem to fix on my galaxy watch 3 i realized there not as loud as if im using them with my phone ,, wish they could be a little louder when using only my watch

small fits comfortably in ear just as name says quiet comfort. noise cancelling works well especially at these times working from home. color is a bit off not as described. sleek design easy to travel and walk with. Bose continues to deliver great products never disappoints. Best buy had the preorder and delivered promptly.

I bought these buds for use with my cellphone (phone calls). I was frustrated with my inability to find a mute switch. Even though I was told the capability is there; the closest I can find is the ability to "mute status functions" (who cares). Sound quality is good, but the case is bulky, and I still haven't found the trick to get it to open when I want (often takes many attempts at holding it differently and pushing the button in different ways. I'm trying hard to get used to the changes from my Plantronics headset, but these are clearly (like all current headsets) aimed at listening to music rather than making/receiving phone calls. I don't like it, but it seems to be the trend. I also cannot seem to be able to activate voice control, but that may be related to an old phone.

Awesome sound, the noice cancelling is really awesome and bass is really impressive

Got these 80$ off, so the same price as buying the white competitor's pros, theyre nice. I was in a bowking alley today that had music playing and with these in playing music at a medium level, i couldn't even hear the other music. I will say, Ive read stuff about bose and taoping into user's listening/ breaking privacy laws essentially, so that almost swayed me from buying.
