    Customer service at the store was amazing! But this earbuds are just 1000/10 the features on the app to control the noise or be aware was something I was not expecting at all! I highly recommend this product! I’m in love with Bose brand!

      To get the best feel, we recommend toggling between Quiet Mode (for full noise cancellation) and Aware Mode (to let in some of your surroundings). As for the connection issue, it may be due to the earbuds not being in proper pairing mode or other setup factors.
