    Serial numbers are not matching

    I bought a few of these and the serial numbers are not matching the box so I had to return them. I was able to test one and wasn’t convinced with the noise cancellation as I work at a noisy factory it didn’t fully block the environment.

    I have had these for less than a month and they make a weird crackling sound when noise cancelling is activated, the main reason I purchased them. Nothing resolves, but through some research it looks like its not uncommon.

    Good sound, but difficult to custom fit

    These kept falling out of my ear. I tried to select other cushion sizes, however they were cumbersome and difficult to install and orient properly on the earbuds. I returned them and purchased the Samsung Pro3 buds.

    Garbage version of their better product. Not worth half this price. Garbage build with garbage materials. Feels and performs like cheap garbage. I say this as a long time bose loyalist, I trusted the brand to not make a garbage line of products, but here we are.

    Highly advise not to buy this garbage. It keep disconnecting repeatedly. Only had this for a month worse waste of money. I went back to Apple air pods.

    Calls on earbuds are no good. Rubber that is meant to keep earbuds in is surprisingly painful. Had better luck with Sonys midrange price earbuds. Super clear calls and sound.

    They’re great for listening to music but not for Bluetooth phone use UNLESS you’re in a very quiet place so the person on the other end can hear you. Otherwise, they won’t hear you, UNLESS you’re one notch below yelling. AND, I Connor for the life of me, figure out how to end a call?! I can’t even find instructions ANYWHERE to tell me.

    I was told the buds would be delivered the next day which was great as then I did not have to go out in the snow. You lied and I got the buds after Christmas. They are now still sitting on the table unopened since arriving very late. You have like I hour to cancel and of course when they are late to bad for you. Best Buys no longer has me as a customer but Amazon does as they allow you to cancel if the product is late.

    The first pair that I bought would only charge one ear, I returned them the next day for a replacement. The second pair worked for a few days and then wouldn't charge properly so I returned them. I found the instruction support not very helpful. I thought they would be great as I have their noise cancelling headphones which are awesome.

    These work as expected about half the time. I’ve tried the troubleshooting tips and nothing helps. I’ve previously had good experiences with Bose so this is surprising. When they work, they’re great, but working 50% of the time is not acceptable.
