    when they work, they're amazing...however, I have had serious problems getting them paired my my devices and getting help to reset them has been painful...not sure I would buy these agin...probably not

    Was wearing these at the gym and either my hoodie or sweat kept changing the touch controls. Very annoying to have it on quite then all of a sudden the loud gym noise comes out of nowhere. Sound is good and pairing was easy but the constant touch controls changing is very annoying.

Below is a troubleshooting guide that may help you resolve the issue you are having:
      The touch controls can easily be manage through the Bose app:
      1. Open the app and connect your earbuds.
      2. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
      3. Go to Settings > Shortcuts > Touch Controls.
      From there, you can toggle them on or off, or even set up voice control.

    15yr old grandson loves them, said they are exactly what he wanted for basketball and gaming. Looks like grandpa was listening!!

      Our eartips are available in three sizes: small, medium, and large. The medium size comes pre-installed on the earbuds. If they feel too small, we recommend trying the large size if they feel too big, the small size may be more suitable.

    Needed to replace my four-year-old Galaxy earbuds after dropping the left one too many times (it finally died). I tried the Galaxy Pro earbuds, but had to return them as they sounded like I was talking in a can. I've been using the Bose for about a month now for video calls on my laptop, and they sound great! They were super easy to pair on Bluetooth and they're easy to use.

    Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

    These Bose earbuds were a mess from the start. The Bluetooth connection to my phone kept dropping like it was allergic to stability. Tried to get a replacement — big mistake. Customer service was a black hole: slow, unhelpful, and somehow managed to make things more confusing. Bonus points for repeatedly trying to sign me up for marketing emails while not actually solving my problem. As for the earbuds themselves? They’re huge. Not in a “wow, great sound” way — more like “are those hearing aids from the future?” The case is comically large and a pain to carry around. Honestly, if Bose spent half as much effort on quality control and customer support as they do on branding, these might’ve been worth it. Hard pass.
