    Overall great ear buds, the sounds quality is on almost as good as the QC 2s however, just like the QC 2s they are hard to wear, for me personally, any longer than 4 hours before my ears begin to start hurting.

    These are awesome, bose quality! I had a set of bose soundsport that i loved, but one side quit working. I replaced them with a set of jbl endurance, and they were awful, the noise cancelling was crap and i believe caused me to damage my ears because i had to turn the volume up so loud to compensate for the lack of noise cancel when mowing. Then i got this set of bose quite comfort. Ive not tried them out mowing yet, but just sitting in the living room, i can’t hear the tv, so it’s promising! And the sound quality of bose, excellent!!

    Bose - QuietComfort Earbuds are Great!

    These Bose earbuds are outstanding. I work in an area that could be loud and I need to focus in quiet some times. These earbuds do the trick by canceling out the noise.

    I'm just looking for replacements for my iPods and stumbled onto these. First, they were A LOT cheaper. Then I got the surprise of noise cancelling - BOUNS!!!!!!

    The sound is great when it’s quiet in the room. The noise cancelling is fair at best when playing music. When on a call it’s airy. Connectivity: better not move past 30 feet from your phone . Controls are minimal from the earbuds and anything can change a setting by brushing up against the earbud. They are not magnetic and will roll everywhere not staying together like other brands. I am disappointed by this model in comparison to other Bose products that I’ve had in the past.

We'd love the chance to help improve your experience with the QuietComfort Earbuds. Just a quick note, the Bluetooth range of the QuietComfort Earbuds is up to 30 feet (9 meters), but this can be affected by things like walls, interference, or other devices.

      As for the touch controls, you can easily manage them through the Bose app:
      1. Open the app and connect your earbuds.
      2. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
      3. Go to Settings > Shortcuts > Touch Controls.
      From there, you can toggle them on or off, or even set up voice control.

    while the sound quality is excellent, the buds are a bit heave & need to be fitted snugly in order to keep them from alling out.

    I am all about BOSE. Thay dont fit correct for me. When I do get them set in correct, all is good. But, not easy to do. I love BOSE. Kinda disappointed with this purchase.

    I have always loved Bose so in my last pair broke, there was no question about what I was going to buy. These headphones are fantastic! The sound quality is outstanding and using the app has totally enhanced the functionality.

    It is an awesome product with good sound reproduction that you would expect from a Bose, with a great fit and the price at Best Buy was also very good. Overall a good buy.

    The earplugs have great sound. HOWEVER like all BOSE earplugs they have an inherent DEFECT where after some months the Right plug loses volume or any sound at all. This is known to Bose and widely discussed on the internet. I always buy the Warranty which I always use and Best Buy always honors it. I have bought Many dozens of Bose earbuds mostly from Best Buy. Since I understand Best Buy keeps the cost of the warranty, it shouldn’t care about Bose’s deliberate ignorance of the Defect. If Best Buy has to pay Bose then it should say something. That said, I have spent hours talking to Bose and nothing acknowledged or done. I doubt anyone will read thisButif someone does go on AI and ask about this defect and whether Bose is aware of it
