My biggest complaints are the battery life on both the earbuds and the case. I get about 5 hrs on the earbuds and maybe 3 full charges for my earbuds in the case before I have to charge that too, which I’ve had cheaper earbuds of various brands out perform. If you want to be able to use these for phone calls as well, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. My wife has told me I’m near impossible to understand while using these to speak.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not recommend these, especially if you're someone who wears earbuds constantly whether that's for runs, work, etc. I bought these January and it's only April, and I've had Samsung buds that have lasted significantly longer and without these issues. A. When I remove them from the case and put them back in, frequently they won't turn off anymore once placed back in the case. B. As a result, they drain the cases entire battery. Sometimes this can be fixed by repeatedly putting them in and out, but they also have issues where even if there's a charge, they do not seem to register that they've been pulled from the case and will not connect to my phone. Overall I don't recommend these due to these issues, I very heavily rely on battery time due to working a 10+ hour job, and it's incredibly inconvenient that these have issues being put in or pulled out of the case.

For reference, the earbuds provide up to 9 hours of battery life, while the charging case can recharge them 2.5 times, offering up to 31.5 hours of total use. A quick 20‑minute charge powers the earbuds for up to 3 hours, with full charging times of about 1.5 hours for the earbuds and up to 2 hours for the case. To help preserve battery life, it’s important to make sure the earbuds are properly placed back into the case. Please check that the eartips are aligned and that the earbuds are making a solid connection with the charging pins.
