    Great earbuds. Never had a pair with the multipoint connection feature and the switch between my phone and laptop while I'm doing office work is seamless.

    I bought two sets one for me and one for my wife. She has had no issues. I tend to only wear one at a time. So that I can hear my wife talking to me lol when we’re sitting next to each other. I believe this causes them to not be in sync. Going on 3 months I cannot get the right side to sync up. The magnets to the case do not work on the right side. This is my first bose earpods. I have always bought apple air pods and never had these issues. I also like the sounds from the apple air pods. So Im a little disappointed and wish that I had stuck with the apple airpods.

    I would not recommend these earbuds. I really wanted to like them but they just aren't worth the price. My old Airpods Pro 2 had finally given up on me so I wanted to try the Bose earbuds. I gave these earbuds a chance for a month and a half and I really hated them. The worst part of these headphones is the horrendous microphone quality. No one could hear me on calls when I was using these headphones unless I was screaming. The sound quality is decent but the connectivity to my phone was hit or miss and it would sometimes stop playing songs briefly. The noise cancelling is decent and comparable to other similarly priced earbuds. The surface of the earbud (where you pause/skip songs) is also inconvenient, especially when you hit it on accident while you readjust them in your ear. They also fell out a lot during workouts. Thankfully, Best Buy was amazing and let me get store credit on these (I was out of the return window) so I could buy purchase the new Airpods Pro 3 instead.

Blocked microphones may cause poor sound quality for the listener on the other end of the call, so it’s important to make sure they are not obstructed by headwear and that the earbuds are positioned correctly in each ear.     I returned these because, for what you’re paying, I personally don’t feel like they’re worth it. They’re not very noise cancelling (I have $30 earbuds that are more noise cancelling) and I personally like headphones with actual button to control them, I kept accidentally skipping songs when I had wet hair.

    Fantastic headphones for the gym. I use the for weight lifting, never had any problems with them falling out or coming loose and losing ANC

    Got these after returning the Google refurbished pixel pros. These are very nice although I want the open ear ultra next time.
