    Love it works great when I’m talking to clients and working from home. Because i have two dogs who occasionally bark nobody can hear them when i am talking to clients. Highly recommend !!

    I was very skeptical about purchasing these Bose Earbuds. Once again, i was extremely impressed after istarted listening to them.

    I picked these up while I was on a trip because I forgot to bring my AirPods, and I trusted the brand since they’re known for solid sound quality. Honestly, I was shocked at how bad they were. I was only using them for hands-free calls, but even then, my wife complained about the call quality the entire time I used them. I ended up returning them and went with the Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation instead. They were around the same price, but the difference in quality was major—no comparison at all. Definitely an upgrade from my previous pair too. At the end of the day, I’d say save your money and just go with Apple.

    Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend

    These Bose earbuds were a mess from the start. The Bluetooth connection to my phone kept dropping like it was allergic to stability. Tried to get a replacement — big mistake. Customer service was a black hole: slow, unhelpful, and somehow managed to make things more confusing. Bonus points for repeatedly trying to sign me up for marketing emails while not actually solving my problem. As for the earbuds themselves? They’re huge. Not in a “wow, great sound” way — more like “are those hearing aids from the future?” The case is comically large and a pain to carry around. Honestly, if Bose spent half as much effort on quality control and customer support as they do on branding, these might’ve been worth it. Hard pass.

    They are okay. Theh are comfortable and sound is okay. This biggest issue is They disconnect multiple times a day and have to be reset
