I was glad to have the 60-day return option through my Plus membership but pleased that I did not have to use extended that would have given me. Can wear them all day. No other sound compares. You hear things in these ear buds you can not hear in others. The noise cancelling is absolutely the best.

I have both these and bose pro2, and these definitely do the job for when i dont have my others! Noise canceling works great, ambient is decent,but for the price you can't beat this.

Great earbuds but disconnect

As for the touch controls, you can easily manage them through the Bose app:
1. Open the app and connect your earbuds.
2. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Shortcuts > Touch Controls.
From there, you can toggle them on or off, or even set up voice control.

Loved them - till I lost them

Their design was just a TINY bit too large for my small ears. Aaaaand I had intended to keep them after trying a ton of other options to find something that fits/stays in my ears.. Until I went biking and lost them out of my pocket on a trail. Sound quality was awesome and I loved the looks/feel of the earbuds. They’re well missed.
