They look cheap, the case is plastic, the battery life was pathetic, and it had this "feature" where they would shut off on their own if they didn't detect any movement after 10 minutes. I could say goodbye to lunch naps in my car while listening to music. I'm gonna be buying older bose products from now on, done buying the latest model if this is what they consider an upgrade.

We understand your concerns regarding the design, charging case, battery performance, and especially the automatic power-off behavior. We'd like to clarify that these earbuds include a built-in feature that automatically powers them off after approximately 10 minutes of inactivity. This feature is designed to help optimize battery life and ensure the earbuds are ready when needed.
At this time, there is no option to disable the automatic shutdown feature. However, we want to assure you that we value feedback such as yours, and our engineering teams are aware of customer interest in having greater control over this functionality. Feedback regarding additional customization options is continually reviewed as part of ongoing product and software improvements.
We understand how this feature may impact situations such as relaxing or taking a lunch break while listening to music, and we appreciate you taking the time to explain how it affects your experience.

These has been the best one that I’ve ever bought. They are so comfortable and very easy to wear a long length of time. The best gift I have ever given myself.
