However, the case it’s very slippery.earpiece don’t fit at all Fisrt I thought it was me, but I have to talk to several people in the gym. They said they had the same issue no matter if I change the rubber around keeps falling off until today I was actually waiting for today ,down the drain , off it goes literally went down, BUT down deep I was happy cause I don’t have to deal with them falling off all the time ✔️

Our QuietComfort Earbuds are designed with “a fit that won’t quit”, using interchangeable eartips and stability bands to ensure comfort and security. While the eartips on the QuietComfort Earbuds and QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are interchangeable, the stability bands are not due to differences in mechanical design. A trio of eartip and stability band sizes is included so you can find the combination that feels snug and secure. We recommend trying different sizes, and in some cases, using different sizes for each ear. Proper fit is essential not only for comfort but also for optimal performance, including noise cancellation and sound quality.

Should have went with Beats instead...

I went to Best Buy to purchase another pair and one of the employees convinced me to give these Bose a shot with a 2 week return frame. I wear these when working outside, it rained for the 2 weeks following so I didn't get a chance to use them until week 3. I had non stop issues with the left ear disconnecting, & randomly stopping playing. Called Bose and they sent a replacement pair. The replacement pair has the same exact issues plus more. The left ear continually disconnects or will play for a few seconds then stop, if I lean over both stop playing, any outside noise such as equipment running or strong wind creates an amplified static noise when using the noise cancel feature. I have done every update, reset, etc.. Bose will only offer a refund for up to 90 days if purchased directly from them so now I am starting the process to get another replacement pair. However, they did say that if pair #3 continues with the same issue they may consider a refund. Highly dissatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.
