I was able to test one and wasn’t convinced with the noise cancellation as I work at a noisy factory it didn’t fully block the environment.

Regarding the serial numbers, each component of the earbuds has its own unique identifier. The charging case has a serial number specific to the case itself, while each individual earbud also carries its own serial number. The serial number printed on the box corresponds to the entire unit, which is why they may not appear to match at first glance, but they are indeed part of the same unit.
