    I like rhe size of the headphones but the sound can be better, not what i was expecting from that brand .

    Original pair failed after 5 days. replacement pair seem OK. But voice command function turns off by itself. So far I liked my old Bose headphones much better, to lasted 4 years.

    Earbuds are OK. I thought it would be better when making a call or receiving a call. It’s hard to listen to the other person you hear more muffling sound for music. It’s good but for calls, I give it a one.

    None of the ear tips will fit. The earbuds constantly falls out of my ears. They are not comfortable. I miss the return time. Do not buy these!!! Shame on Bose!!!

    These ear buds say noiseless but i can still hear in background when having them on. Also i don't like the fact that when i remove the buds with placing them back in the dock, it does not automatically disconnect.

      Hello, if you are still hearing external noise whilst wearing the earbuds, you may need to adjust your ear tip and stability band sizes. When using the correct size the ear tips will create a seal in your ear canal which will improve the noise cancellation.       Regarding the earbuds not disconnenting when removing them after use. you will need to place both earbuds in the charging case and then close the case. The status light glows according to the earbuds battery level. The earbuds will disconnect from your device and power off.     when they work, they're amazing...however, I have had serious problems getting them paired my my devices and getting help to reset them has been painful...not sure I would buy these agin...probably not

    Disappointing, bad call quality and annoying Bluetooth connectivity. Feel like I should’ve just went with AirPods even though I dislike them.
