I loved my earbuds, great sound and noise canceling, however, the voice control didn’t work, it didn’t recognize my voice and the commands. I would definitely recommend this product, however, if you’re looking forward to use the voice control it wont work

Comfortable with great audio. 1 Charge lasts me 2 weeks or more.

The sound is good, but sometimes it connects and disconnects for no reason. You have to learn how to fit it in your ear, as it feels uncomfortable at first; I thought about returning it several times.

They have a clean sound and they last long battery don't die quick. They are also comfortable

Fits nice and the sound is very good. Comes in a nice case with magnet that draws buds in.

Bought them about a month ago and the equality and the sound is great. The earbuds don't hurt my ears. I use them when im riding my bike and running and the stay in your ear not others earbuds.

The right earbud would not go in the case nor charge. I took the earbuds back to Best Buy within the 2 week return time-frame only for the manager to not accept the return. The manager stated that, "The serial number on the box did not match the serial number on the earbud case and would not accept the return." I called Bose and they told me they design their products for the serial numbers not to match the purchasing box. Best Buy should really know their products before they sell them. beside that I love the good bass quality sound. The buds felt good in the ear. The buds is connected to Iphone.

I replaced my old AirPod gen2s with these buds. The fit are much better than the airpod pros. They don’t slide out of my ears but do hurt just a little bit after prolonged use. I did have difficulty finding any noise cancellation earbuds with better fit for my ears though. So might just be me. The sound quality and noise cancellation features are great. Bluetooth connection with my iPhone and iPad works very well too. Can easily switch between devices without issues. One thing I don’t like about them is that if the case drops, it opens up and the earbuds roll out. The case is quite lightweight but feels low quality.

Have owned many Bose ear buds. These are very comfortable. Had to go with small sized inner ear piece. Fit great. And sound even better! Very happy with purchase.

I like the Sound Quality The Comfortable Fit and Effectiveness of my Product

Easily the best earbuds I've ever used. They connect easily and have amazing sound quality and easy EQ adjustment with the app. They also are very comfortable and sit nicely in my ears, since I have smaller ears. I will note that they can feel a bit too quiet if you're used to louder stuff with worse sound quality (Skullcandy stuff), so just keep that in mind.

Great fit. Great sound. Easily configured through app. Wish there werevtouch volume but you can adjust volume with voice commands.

The only problems i have is that some times they start sliding out my ear and also there are times when they turn off whe. I dont want too other then then sounds is good batterie is okay and they are not bulky
