I am surprised to say that the buds are meh at best. Biggest problem is they do not stay secure in the ears and usually fall out. Try not to wear them outside because of the fear of losing them. Loses sound or turns off. Was so excited to get them and very disappointed,

Their design was just a TINY bit too large for my small ears. Aaaaand I had intended to keep them after trying a ton of other options to find something that fits/stays in my ears.. Until I went biking and lost them out of my pocket on a trail. Sound quality was awesome and I loved the looks/feel of the earbuds. They’re well missed.

Great earbuds but disconnect

As for the touch controls, you can easily manage them through the Bose app:
1. Open the app and connect your earbuds.
2. Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
3. Go to Settings > Shortcuts > Touch Controls.
From there, you can toggle them on or off, or even set up voice control.

They have a small profile and they connect instantly when taken out of the perfectly sized case. They fit well and never fall out. Bose nailed it with these!

The sound quality is excellent I can hear every nuanced sound within the music. The app is also filled with extra features that you can use to get the exact sound out of the earbuds.

The bed: When I put my ear muffs over the top they tend to stop playing, so that will take a while to get used to them. All in all, I compared them to the Sony and JBL, I think they have the best quality. The look is beautiful, they're very fictional as well. Easy to customize.
