I have a dath piercing in both ears and it makes it hard to get earbuds to fit comfortably. These earbuds are great with the piercings. I hate going shopping because of all the noise but when I do I use earbuds and the noise canceling feature is amazing.

This is my fifth Bose product and for the price I was blown away. An unexpected bonus, it also has wireless charge. Very happy with my purchase, will buy again!

App issues and too bulky for small ears.

Sometime one ear bud looses connection for a few seconds and sometimes. If you have small ears this will not work. This are too bulky and. Great for noice cancelling.

They're intuitive, pause when you take them out and restart when you put them back. They're chock full of useful features without any bloat features. The only problem is that it wasn't clear which bose app to download Bose has 3 or 4 different apps, Bose QCE is the right app for these. Overall I'd describe them as well designed ear buds.
