These just replaced my Sony XM5 earbuds mainly for the secure and comfortable fit and not having to deal with the foam ear tips. Pros: sound, comfort, secure fit, wireless charging, price, very effective noise cancelling, promise of spacial audio. Cons: Strong wind noise seems to be prevalent on Boise earbuds including these which keeps me from using these for biking, etc. I would think Bose would have wind noise figured out by now since they are king of noise cancellation for the most part. Battery life does not seem to be as good as listed even at less than half volume. And the left earbud proximity sensor can be finicky with certain ears like mine if not placed a certain way. Making sure to place the back of the left earbud upward instead of downward seems to fix the issue. This is probably how they are intended to sit in the ear and probably not an issue for many but other reviewers have had the same issue.

A little pricey, but the sound is awesome!--and won't annoy the person shoehorned in next to you on the plane. Also, these are easy to get into your ear canal and easy to control while there. The battery life is also great; they've made it through 2 movies on my laptop and were ready for another. Good pick; I didn't go wrong buying them.

I switched from the Sennheiser CX Plus True Wireless Earbuds to the Bose QuietComfort, and the noise-canceling is no a joke. I like how it can make the gym environment incredibly quiet. The earbuds fit really well and are very comfortable for long work out or even sleeping with them all night. The ability to personalize the EQ, touch controls, voice commands, and other options through the app is fantastic. The bass boost feature makes it sound like there’s a built-in subwoofer, which I love as a bass player.

I got these after returning the live beams from JBL. The sound is cleaner and they work well with my apple products. The fit while bulky it is comfortable. They aren't AirPods but they are comfortable and the battery life is great . Transparency is great on these things and as bulky as the case is it's not as bulky as the Bose sport case and the case stays charged longer than that one which is a far way from these. If you have long audible listening sessions these are for you. You have to use a different Bose app to use it. I like the simplicity of these. Quality ANC and finally a weird eq feature but it's better than nothing. Really nice headphones for the price

I have been using AirPods for years but I have owned some previous Bose products. I have always loved the sound from Bose and the battery life is a vast upgrade from the AirPods. I wish syncing them with multiple devices was a bit easier but that is my only complaint.

The best earbuds I’ve ever seen… real sound… very comfortable… you never even feel like you have them on your ears… long-lasting battery… highly recommended

For the price these have been awesome. I had Bose ear buds several years ago but, received a different brand as a gift. Those seemed alright and I enjoyed them until the battery died. I went out and bought the Bose again and they were far greater than my last pair. The sound is richer and clear. You really do feel immersed in the music with these ear buds. I wish I had traded the old ones in for Bose.
The noise cancelling is great. I use mine to mow and watch videos on a plane. You cant hear anything when in the noise cancelling is on. I thought the larger size might be an issue but, they lock in and stay in my ears without any issues.
If I was to knock anything it would be the Bose App that you can use with these. I have to reconnect my ear buds to the app nearly every time I use them but, not the phone. The app is useful and worth having when it works. You can go without the app, once you set them up, so it isnt a big deal.

These earbuds are nice when they work properly, but unfortunately "when they work properly" is a big problem. For starters, every time you put these in your ears THEY YELL AT YOU TO TELL YOU THE BATTERY LEVEL! Yes, it is max volume, it doesn't save a previous volume setting or let you configure it, and it waits until it senses that it is in your ear so it can yell at you.
In addition, I have no idea why Bose has made yet another app for these earbuds instead of using one of their already existing apps. This new app is worse than the others I've used in the past, and leaving the app installed after you set the earbuds up can cause frequent connectivity drops.
Speaking of connectivity drops, they also have a battery saving feature that is horribly buggy. One or the other earbud will fairly regularly go into power saving mode while using them. (It's a constant issue with the app installed, less frequent, but still often when it is not installed) Sometimes a gesture will wake it back up, other times you have to put both earbuds back in the case and pull them back out. Either way, it's really annoying.
The worst part is, even if they do put out a firmware update to fix the power save issue, I would never know because the app is the only way to update the firmware, and the app causes additional issue.
Bottom line: skip these. The sound is pretty good, and the battery life is better than other models, but the constant frustration of using them outweighs the good things.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the QuietComfort earbuds. I am sorry to hear that you are not fully happy with these earbuds despite their great sound quality.
Regarding the connectivity issues you are referring with the Bose QCE app, I would suggest you to making you are using the latest version of the app. If the issue are still occurring, you might want to install the app on a different device.

I recently had the opportunity to use the earspot bose earphones, and I must say, they are exceptional. The sound quality is outstanding, providing a rich and immersive listening experience. Additionally, the comfort level is impressive, making them suitable for extended use without any discomfort. The design is both functional and aesthetically pleasing, adding a touch of elegance to any outfit. Overall, I highly recommend these earphones to anyone seeking high-quality audio performance.
Thank you to Aidan and best buy

I love how these ear buds sound and the comfort is amazing, but i found pairing them was a bit challenging… Even after going to You Tube for instructions and downloading the app i’ve had to temporarily disable the touch control on the left bud until I can figure it out because I kept accidentally unpairing it…

The right earbud would not go in the case nor charge. I took the earbuds back to Best Buy within the 2 week return time-frame only for the manager to not accept the return. The manager stated that, "The serial number on the box did not match the serial number on the earbud case and would not accept the return." I called Bose and they told me they design their products for the serial numbers not to match the purchasing box. Best Buy should really know their products before they sell them. beside that I love the good bass quality sound. The buds felt good in the ear. The buds is connected to Iphone.

Great sound quality for audio books, music and phone calls! I wanted an alternative to the Apple Air pods, this was a great choice. Long lasting battery life and charges quickly. Fits comfortably/snug in my ears, doesn't hurt or slide around. A little steep in price but worth the purchase.

I replaced my old AirPod gen2s with these buds. The fit are much better than the airpod pros. They don’t slide out of my ears but do hurt just a little bit after prolonged use. I did have difficulty finding any noise cancellation earbuds with better fit for my ears though. So might just be me.
The sound quality and noise cancellation features are great. Bluetooth connection with my iPhone and iPad works very well too. Can easily switch between devices without issues.
One thing I don’t like about them is that if the case drops, it opens up and the earbuds roll out. The case is quite lightweight but feels low quality.

I was looking for high-quality earbuds with excellent sound and effective noise cancellation, and the Bose QuietComfort True Wireless Earbuds exceeded my expectations. The staff at Best Buy were extremely helpful and guided me to this product — and I’m so glad they did!
The sound quality is phenomenal, with deep bass, clear mids, and crisp highs. The noise cancellation feature is truly impressive, blocking out distractions and making it perfect for both travel and everyday use. The fit is comfortable and secure, even during long listening sessions.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Highly recommended for anyone seeking premium wireless earbuds with top-notch noise cancellation!
