    Do not purchase the Bose earbuds. The absolute worst! There is NO noise cancelling whatsoever!!

    Do not stay in ear

    I wanted to like these, but they do not stay in the ear well during exercise, nor are they comfortable. The old sports buds with ear tips were better. I returned them BestBuy Annapolis was fantastic as always with their superb customer service.

    Great product just don't buy from Best Buy. Every bose product I've bought from them always malfunction. I bought a pair straight from bose. They work great,so id get them straight from bose....which is on Amazon.

    I was thinking about this earbud Bose was a good choice, before I used Jabra withow problems, First when I put this earbud you can’t heard anything, especially when you wearing just one side for work , second , this boses no have tract you device like Jabra have so If you loose is very hard to find, sorry Bose but I’m going back to Jabra

You should be able to use either of your QuietComfort Earbuds; the in-ear detection will identify whether you're wearing both buds or just one, and you can simply tap the earbud you're wearing to start your audio.     The earbuds will not stay in my ears, when I get calls the caller would say that they could not hear me, and the overall quality isn’t what I was expecting

    After 2 months 1 ear bud stopped working. It was 4 days after the cutoff date for best buy. So, we could get no help or replacement.

    I purchased this item because I believed it gave good bass and lound music. Well it was the opposite and had to return the nexy day. Not worth the name or price. I rather keep my LG ear phones.

Don't forget that the 5-band EQ function in the app enables you to adjust the bass, low-mids, mids, high-mids and highs to your liking. As for volume, if your mobile device has a separate volume control, make sure this volume is turned up sufficiently as well.     Works great until you try to stand still or sleep for more than 10 minutes - they just automatically turn off.

      Hi Nick! Your QuietComfort Earbuds should only turn off after 10 minutes if you remove them from your ear and don’t move them for 10 minutes. This is Standby mode.       Thank you for posting. I am sorry you have to return the earbuds. The Bluetooth range is already incredibly up to 30 feet (9 m). Also, the battery life of the earbuds is up to 9 Hours. The charging case from full can charge the earbuds 2.5 times (up to 31.5 hours of use time). A 20-minute charge quick charge powers the earbuds for up to 3 hours.
