I am having an issue right now only because I accidentally took out the rubber part that goes around it. I’ll be exchanging it for that reason but it was way too easy for it to come off. I don’t understand how that happened. But the sound is great. The snuggle is great, I used to work in QC so things not always come out. Perfect you’ll have one at 1 million that will have an issue. Other than that. I highly highly recommend this product. I am enjoying mine.

The anc can't be adjjsted,but it's effective on a noisy subway or public transportation. The aware mode is good until wind hits it. Wireless charging works well. Bose should put led indicators near the buds in the case next time around. Lots of bass for the bass heads.

I gave them to my husband as a replacement to his Samsung ear buds he lost and he said the sound was amazing and the base so much better than his Samsung ear buds were. The noise canceling is also amazing and a bonus he didn't have before. Also the price point of this product was affordable. Highly recommend this product!!!

Battery life is quite long. Pretty comfortable for ear buds. Noise cancellation is not the greatest. Still can hear blow dryers or even still my typing as I type this review. It does a good job of cancelling out parents who want to talk to you though - have to pull them out to hear people talking. I don't know that I would drop the money that I spent on these a second time. For better noise cancellation for airplane travel, if you have the luggage space, I would go for and overear set.

I have to stand in front of him to get his attention when he has them in just so i could get his attention. He says the battery lasts and the touch buttons are easy to deal with

They did not disappoint. Superior sound with excellent isolation. multiple fit options; I tried multiple combinations and they now fit perfectly

I found the sound quality of these earbuds to be superior to the power beats buds I previously owned - fuller, richer with better separation. For reference, I listen to a lot of guitar-based rock (but not metal) some jazz and vocally centered music. The other pleasant surprise was that these buds felt secure in ear while running, which is what I bought them for, even though they don't have over the ear loops. They are also very comfortable. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that I have lost connectivity in the middle of a run and have experienced an episode when the left bud wasn't working. I feel like I get better results if I insert the right bud first. In any case, I feel like the sound quality I get is worth finickiness
