But voice command function turns off by itself. So far I liked my old Bose headphones much better, to lasted 4 years.

Also i don't like the fact that when i remove the buds with placing them back in the dock, it does not automatically disconnect.

Posted .Hello, if you are still hearing external noise whilst wearing the earbuds, you may need to adjust your ear tip and stability band sizes. When using the correct size the ear tips will create a seal in your ear canal which will improve the noise cancellation. Regarding the earbuds not disconnenting when removing them after use. you will need to place both earbuds in the charging case and then close the case. The status light glows according to the earbuds battery level. The earbuds will disconnect from your device and power off.
