Poor Connection Quality

I’m using an iPhone 15 pro with these and they periodically cut out even when I am walking alone outside listening to music. The issue is way worse at my crowded gym. It’s a shame, I’m hoping they put out an update to make this better. Until then I would wait to purchase these.

The Absolute Best Ear Buds!

Can wear them all day. No other sound compares. You hear things in these ear buds you can not hear in others. The noise cancelling is absolutely the best.

Battery Issues

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would not recommend these, especially if you're someone who wears earbuds constantly whether that's for runs, work, etc. I bought these January and it's only April, and I've had Samsung buds that have lasted significantly longer and without these issues. A. When I remove them from the case and put them back in, frequently they won't turn off anymore once placed back in the case. B. As a result, they drain the cases entire battery. Sometimes this can be fixed by repeatedly putting them in and out, but they also have issues where even if there's a charge, they do not seem to register that they've been pulled from the case and will not connect to my phone. Overall I don't recommend these due to these issues, I very heavily rely on battery time due to working a 10+ hour job, and it's incredibly inconvenient that these have issues being put in or pulled out of the case.

For reference, the earbuds provide up to 9 hours of battery life, while the charging case can recharge them 2.5 times, offering up to 31.5 hours of total use. A quick 20‑minute charge powers the earbuds for up to 3 hours, with full charging times of about 1.5 hours for the earbuds and up to 2 hours for the case. To help preserve battery life, it’s important to make sure the earbuds are properly placed back into the case. Please check that the eartips are aligned and that the earbuds are making a solid connection with the charging pins. I was going to buy the pixel buds pro 2 but I bought these instead. They are actually 50 dollars less. These sound great and the noise cancellation is fantastic. The buds are a little large but light weight. The case is big but also light weight. This is probably due to a little cost cutting to be able to sell these for 179. Bose earbuds are now around 300 usually. This is a great deal. The new app is also fantastic. It's easy to use and the layout is great . I would definitely recommend these.

Sound Great but horrible design

Unfortunately the design, fit, and case horrible and below a single star. I’m fairly active and these are constantly falling out regardless of which size fits I put on them. The case is a whole other issue. It’s big and bulky. It’s not practical if working out or doing cardio.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds come with an extra Fit Kit (Small, Medium, and Large eartips, plus stability bands for each earbud). Wearing them properly can also help improve stability, slightly rotate the earbud back until the eartip creates a comfortable seal in your ear canal and the stability band rests against your ear ridge.
