    Hard to set up and won’t connect to all my devices, probably will return. However they are quiet and shuts out most noise.

We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad to know you’ve noticed how effective the earbuds are at shutting out noise, they’re designed to consistently block distractions so you can focus on what matters most.

      To get the best feel, we recommend toggling between Quiet Mode (for full noise cancellation) and Aware Mode (to let in some of your surroundings). As for the connection issue, it may be due to the earbuds not being in proper pairing mode or other setup factors.     Customer service at the store was amazing! But this earbuds are just 1000/10 the features on the app to control the noise or be aware was something I was not expecting at all! I highly recommend this product! I’m in love with Bose brand!

    Not as good as I expected. The sound is great. Getting these to connect is a pain sometimes. They are not as seamless with my Apple products as my Apple earbuds were.They have a weird rubber band type piece that does a poor job holding them in my ears.

    Buttons need to make a comeback

    Good product but the touch sensors instead of buttons is getting annoying real quick. Every little touch I make, even if I’m just adjusting them in my ear, and it’ll keep stoping, playing, skipping, rasing and lowering volume. If I keep one earbud in my ear and the other one in my pocket and it’ll do the same thing
