Half the time the Bluetooth screen doesn't even recognize them. It will say connected in the headphones but then I cant hear anything and Bose website is not helpful. Its sad because I like Bose products but this one is not good at all. Stay away from these!

The Jabras (10) that i have feel much better and of better quality but the bose are better in noise cancellation.
