Returned to Boise earbuds, had bought sony xm5 earbuds, but had to return them as they could not match the sound quality of my earbuds first gen.

Great headphones noise cancellation feature is amazing and the immersion feature is awesome if your sitting still or on the move.little but pack a punch.

These earbuds work well for noise cancellation and for listening to music and TV but they are not great for phone calls.

absolutely amazing sound quality. Fit for me is still a bit of an issue, i simply have very small ears.

The sound quality and noise cancellation of these earbuds are stellar! I wanted to keep them, but connection issues started after having them only two days. It got so bad I contacted customer support. They had me do several steps, but nothing worked. Earbuds wouldn't stay connected to my phone and would connect to the Bose app. They offered a replacement, but wanted me to send the earbuds back to them first. No, that's not acceptable when I paid $300 for these earbuds. Took them back to Best Buy, exchanged them for another pair. Same issue after 2 days... wouldn't stay connected to my phone. Apparently, the Gen 2 earbuds have issues staying connected to Android phones. After the same issue happened with the second set, I went back to Best Buy and returned them and got a different brand. Guess what? Not one single problem with my new earbuds, and I've had them for over a month. Bose needs to get their stuff together and fix their customer service AND their connectivity issues. No, I'm not a Bose hater- I have the Quite Comfort Ultra headphones, and they are simply SUPERB!! If you're an Android user- avoid these like the plague! Rated 2 star because of sound quality and noise cancellation. Customer Service- 0 stars, Connectivity- 0 stars. Sound Quality- 5 stars, Noise Cancellation- 5 stars. The first two can't bring this above 2 stars overall.

The sound is very clear and crisp. The bass comes out heavy even without messing with the EQ

User friendly, great range and superior sound. My husband insisted on using cheap ear buds ("cause they're all the same")... until he tried mine. Now he has his own.

The Bose 2nd gen QC Ultra’s are top notch for in-ear earbuds. Great sound, excellent ANC for the product style and I really like the cinema mode.

This is a great product. Zero Issues here. Battery never runs out.

These earbuds have good sound and the noise cancellation is good, which is helpful when using in a noisy environment. The only issue is that if you don’t put them in the charging case just right, they won’t disconnect from the phone and start charging.
