When using them with my iPhone, the person on the other end cannot hear me. I exchanged the pair, thinking they were defective, but the problem persisted. Regrettably, I’ll be returning to Apple AirPods.

I also enjoy, the headphones stay in you ear when running or moving around, they feel very secure.

Slow connectivity is my only quarrel at this point.

Phone calls will cycle between your phones interval ear piece and your headphones constantly. I will be having a convo and out of no where I can’t hear the person anymore and the headphones just disconnected. Even worse is the robotic voice. If you are driving in a populated area it’s almost like wifi or other Bluetooth signals are interrupting. Your call sounds robotic for about 5 seconds. It’s very frustrating since I’m usually taking calls while working or driving from job to job. For the price tag I cannot justify it.
