HOWEVER the case does not have a strong hold and earbuds do not have kind of hold keeping them in the case and will fly out when case is dropped!!

To help prevent the earbuds from coming loose, we recommend always ensuring they are seated properly in the charging case until you feel the magnetic connection. If the case is dropped, the earbuds may dislodge, so keeping the lid closed when not in use can help minimize this risk.

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On the good side of this review, the sound quality is decent and the Bluetooth range is further than any other headphone I used before and the call quality also well done, however the main selling point was the noise cancelling and for me there was a huge flaw, under most circumstances the active noise cancelling is great even in loud work enviroments however there seems to be a fatal flaw where if there's a sudden noise like compressed air, a hammer tap or even something as subtle as a car door closing it would sound like transparency mode would turn on for a second before going back to ANC mode, after dealing with this for a week it left me with too much headache (both real and circumstantial) and I had to return them for a different option.

The combination of both active and passive noise reduction technologies in your headphones is designed to block out most sounds but may not block out everything. You may still hear higher pitched sounds like sirens and even human voices, although the volume of these sounds should be dramatically reduced.
It’s important to note that this is expected behavior with noise cancelling headphones across the industry. The QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are engineered to minimize these interruptions as much as possible, while still maintaining excellent performance in consistent, loud environments such as offices, airplanes, or busy streets.
For the best results, ensure your earbuds are running the latest firmware through the Bose Music app, as updates often improve ANC responsiveness and overall performance.

I liked the Bose QCE's better and for a more reasonable price. They weren't comfortable in my ears even though I mixed and matched the earbud tips. Sound was ok. ANC was ok.

I get i needed to update, but even then constant disconnects or odd behavior when swapping from Windows laptop to android is a pain. They sound amazing when they do work i give it that. But honestly, i should not have been frustrated and chosen instead my 4 dollar dollar tree earbuds that i bought as an emergency one day to be able to talk and hear in a meeting. The battery life is horrible. I ended up getting new ear muffs for my 4 year old Bose quite comforts instead as this honestly was just not doable to work full time with.

So with a facemask on at times.. The earbuds are too touch sensitive...It be changing to all the different modes that it irritates me. Without a facemask on they works perfect. I guess I'm going back to my old earpieces till it gets back warm...I don't recommend these to my co workers. But to others outside my trade. These are perfect for you... My review is only based on why I bought them and wanted them for...

I had to turn the volume almost all the way up to listen to music. The immersive setting works well to block ambient noise. I have replaced these with the AirPod Pro 3. Same price point as the Bose but, far superior.
