But i did research and come to find this was a common issue amongst many buyers as well. For that expensive of buds they should be top quality especially from bose!mvery disappointed!

Our QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) are designed to deliver premium, personalized audio through CustomTune technology, with our best in‑ear noise cancellation and a comfortable fit. A common reason why one earbud may not function properly is if it isn’t making a secure connection with the charging case. Ensuring each earbud is firmly seated on the charging pins can often resolve this.
