Personally, I think that these are amazing! Volume controls are a bit touchy, but, aside from that, they are much more compatible with work and my active lifestyle than the AirPod Pros that I’ve had for years. It’s Bose, so of course the sound quality is phenomenal and I use all three noise cancellation modes depending on where I’m at… I’ve been in casinos and not noticed the people or machines around me. Best purchase I’ve made this year!

They are very comfortable, block outer sound quite well. Sound quality is good. But for the price I was hoping for much louder, more defined bass.

The sound and noise cancellation is phenomenal. Tried other brands and for me nothing else come close. Syncing with apple products was a few more steps. However anything that is not apple is going to take a few more steps

In my opinion, Bose has the best sound and noise reduction speaker in the industry. Best Buy is a great place to shop because it offers many products to compare. We also take advantage of their annual tech support program and have found it to be of great value for supporting our purchases.

Excellent headphones and Excellent noise cancelling for being earbuds. The one thing i dont like is how the charging light works. Its confusing and doesnt really let you know when they are about to die.

Best earbuds ever. Noise canceling is incredible - better than any earbuds I've ever used, and close to my over-the-ear headphones' noise-canceling. Sound is outstanding. If you don't like the sound, check your device's equalizer before changing the EQ in the Bose app - I was getting too much higer-frequency sound and then I found that my phone's EQ was set incorrectly.

Bose Ultra 2 is a game changer. Love that you can disable the touch controls on the buds they can be really annoying when you’re trying to adjust it and turns off or switches from ANC to aware to quiet. Sound quality is always amazing
