Quality of sound is amazing and noise cancellation is perfect. Earbuds are comfortable.

I’ve noticed the difference. Sound quality is awesome l. The noise cancellation works great. Much better than my version 1.

I had the ultra version 1 and they lasted about a year, so i wasn't happy. However i decided to give the 2nd gen a shot. These are definitely better than 1st gen. I really like the immersion setting, it really makes my music sound amazing. Let's just hope these last longer than the others. I've had them for about 2 months at this point.

Bought these to replace Sony earbuds that the battery stopped charging on. The sound quality is excellent & they stay comfortably in my ears. I like the "aware" mode while I'm around other people as it makes it easy to hear what's going on around me or have a conversation without taking the earbuds out. The app is also user friendly & easy to use.

These earbuds sound great incredible sound great quality no complaints. Only issue I have is. I used them for working out and they don’t stay in my ears while I’m running out working out I constantly had to adjust them other than that. They’re great earbuds.

This is best earbud I have used so far. There is question about sound quality of Bose products. Noise cancelation feature is next level compare to other same range earbuds. And Bestbuy is one stop store to get best product withbprice. I am really happy with experience.

Sound quality is great but i feel as though it could be louder. Noise canceling is pretty amazing. Recently the battery life seems to be depreciating quickly as it does not stay charged. Ive had some connectivity issues and trouble consistently switching between my phone and computer. Usually requires me to completly shut off the headphones as the manual button on the side even tho it read backs the new source, i hear nothing.

Bought these as my Airpods were causing so much problems. These are so comfortable and the noise cancellation is very good! Highly recommend these!

The upgrade is definitely the way to go. No other earbuds I have tried are as good as these, especially when I'm on a call; the caller can hear you just fine, and you can listen to them clearly.
