Every time I tried to adjust the Earbuds I would stop whatever I was listening to due to the sensitivity of the Earbuds and the way they are designed to respond to touch. It becomes an annoyance.

I want to love these but I can’t

Phone calls will cycle between your phones interval ear piece and your headphones constantly. I will be having a convo and out of no where I can’t hear the person anymore and the headphones just disconnected. Even worse is the robotic voice. If you are driving in a populated area it’s almost like wifi or other Bluetooth signals are interrupting. Your call sounds robotic for about 5 seconds. It’s very frustrating since I’m usually taking calls while working or driving from job to job. For the price tag I cannot justify it.

With apple, after 6 months people had difficulty hearing me. No problem with listening. But the Apple products are a lot more convenient when u live inside an apple world.

Good sound quality and fit, but too many issues

They are easy to get a secure and comfortable fit. The noise cancellation is good, unless there is wind or a sudden extremely loud sound, then it fails spectacularly. I had them for a week and needed to factory reset them twice because they stopped connecting to my phone, and a factory reset was the only solution that worked. The battery life isn't the greatest either. They give a low battery warning after about 5 hours. I ended up returning these. I don't believe they are worth $250 to $300 with all of their issues.
