    These ear bus for being so expensive was not working out the box. I get i needed to update, but even then constant disconnects or odd behavior when swapping from Windows laptop to android is a pain. They sound amazing when they do work i give it that. But honestly, i should not have been frustrated and chosen instead my 4 dollar dollar tree earbuds that i bought as an emergency one day to be able to talk and hear in a meeting. The battery life is horrible. I ended up getting new ear muffs for my 4 year old Bose quite comforts instead as this honestly was just not doable to work full time with.

    I got these earbuds as a gift for my boyfriend after he bought a pair of horrible ones that didn’t compare at all! He absolutely loves them. No company makes better!

    Very disappointed in these earbuds. If they don't successfully connect to the Bose App they won't connect to your phone regardless of platform (Android and/or IOS). Once they do, they consistently disconnect from phones. Works well with tablets and laptops. but not phones. This is clearly a Bose App issue that needs to be resolve.

    They are good.... But not for what i need them for...I work outside and it's cold. So with a facemask on at times.. The earbuds are too touch sensitive...It be changing to all the different modes that it irritates me. Without a facemask on they works perfect. I guess I'm going back to my old earpieces till it gets back warm...I don't recommend these to my co workers. But to others outside my trade. These are perfect for you... My review is only based on why I bought them and wanted them for...
