    They lost battery life with these new headphones. They brought back wireless charging, but they have a habit of overheating when charging

    Look great, felt great, but left ear piece would not work but off and on. shame i really wanted them to work. But i did research and come to find this was a common issue amongst many buyers as well. For that expensive of buds they should be top quality especially from bose!mvery disappointed!

      Our QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) are designed to deliver premium, personalized audio through CustomTune technology, with our best in‑ear noise cancellation and a comfortable fit. A common reason why one earbud may not function properly is if it isn’t making a secure connection with the charging case. Ensuring each earbud is firmly seated on the charging pins can often resolve this.

    I use UPF shirt with hoodie and if the hoodie is wet it will activate, desactívate, rewind, forward, ect… in resume they go crazy. Love the sound quality.
