But i did research and come to find this was a common issue amongst many buyers as well. For that expensive of buds they should be top quality especially from bose!mvery disappointed!

A common reason why one earbud may not function properly is if it isn’t making a secure connection with the charging case. Ensuring each earbud is firmly seated on the charging pins can often resolve this.
