The ANC is amazing and the comfort is acceptable. But where I was let down is that for 250+ dollars the earbuds have only a mic in the right ear bud. I usually only have one in and if I happen to have the left bud in I have to scramble to put in the right one or switch to phone. It shocks me that a premium product has less features than my 50 dollars sound cores

Good sound only lasts 1 year

Great sound, great noise canceling. But the batteries die out and or the case doesn't charge after about a year. Not sure they are worth 300$

Recently the microphone stopped working. They were purchased in 2019 so looking forward to long life on these new 2nd generation.

Jabra, they are the worst from my standpoint. Their quality and customer service needs to be eternally dumped. Finally I took a step up to the best reviewed. Why did I ever wait???
