The noixe cancelling effect is great wven when using just one at a time. The comfort of the fit could be better, they're larger than average earbuds and the hard plastic makes them uncomfortable to lie on etc. My main complaint is the complete lack of a 'find-my-device' feature, which most if not all competitors have.

I just switched for a new pair less than three weeks and it’s happening again. I’ve tried other brands but manage to return due to the sound quality and noise cancellation. I would recommend with caution due to the issue with software and also, not properly designed for the ear.

The disconnection issue can sometimes occur when the earbuds are connected to multiple Bluetooth devices that are powered on and actively trying to connect. In many cases, clearing the earbuds' Bluetooth device memory and pairing them again can help resolve unexpected connection issues.
We understand that you've already returned your earbuds. However, if you decide to give the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) another try in the future, we recommend clearing the product's paired Bluetooth device list and reconnecting only the devices you use regularly.
