Very good sound and comfort. The charging is fast and can be used on a wireless charging pad.

I really enjoy the Bose products. These earbuds are very enjoyable all the way around. Glad they improved the call quality. Driving an 18-wheeler and I can hear others and they can hear me without any background noise. That's saying a lot for a little earbud. I hear people refer to the sound as being muddy. Listening is subjective. I enjoy the sound quality.

The noise cancelling on these is fantastic. The various sizes for the ear pieces make finding a comfortable fit easy.

Great sound canceling and battery last long for long day at work or working out

The sound quality is excellent - that’s the big plus that makes these worthwhile. But there are some operational glitches. Sometimes when I put them in my ears, they keep changing from quiet to aware to immersive, and it just goes on a cycle where it keeps changing and speaking the word for each new setting, making them unusable in that state. To stop it you have to put them back in the case, then put them back in your ears. The app is also fussy. I have a Samsung tablet and it doesn’t want to use the main Bose app on that, it wants me to download a separate app for Bose earbuds. So I did, and it can’t find them. The regular Bose app works fine on my Pixel 9 phone. Then there is the need to get them adjusted right to your ears, so you will probably have to try the different ear cushions. No problem there, but when I position them for the best noise cancellation with the correct ear cushions, part of my ear covers up the microphone and people I am talking to on the phone can barely hear me. So I have to put them in a compromise position in my ears where I get OK noise cancellation yet can still use the microphone. Finally, Bose needs to have a setting in the app where you can turn off the touch control on the earbuds. Anytime I need to reposition them in my ears, by touching the earbuds i often cause them to hang up a call, pause the music, or change to a different audio setting. I would rather just control these things from the device and not have to worry about the earbuds changing something every time I touch them.

Excellent sound, long life battery, and good on water resistance.

They are very comfortable, block outer sound quite well. Sound quality is good. But for the price I was hoping for much louder, more defined bass.

It’s no secret that Bose knows how to make quality products with great sound and unbeatable noise cancellation. I got these and they fit perfect, right out of the box. And I am not kidding when I say they blocked out all noise. My daughter was talking normally and I couldn’t hear her at all. I had her keep raising her voice until she was almost yelling and only then I could barely make out what she was saying. I turned on a fan and couldn’t hear it at all. The sound is as good as you could expect from Bose. I am not an audiophile, so take that how you will but to me they sound really good. The fit is also good and they don’t stick too far out of the ears. I highly recommend these for anyone looking for premium earbuds.

They are awsome sounds good and very clear and comfortable

Best earbuds ever. Noise canceling is incredible - better than any earbuds I've ever used, and close to my over-the-ear headphones' noise-canceling. Sound is outstanding. If you don't like the sound, check your device's equalizer before changing the EQ in the Bose app - I was getting too much higer-frequency sound and then I found that my phone's EQ was set incorrectly.

The battery life is fantastic and the noise canceling is out of this world

I had the ultra version 1 and they lasted about a year, so i wasn't happy. However i decided to give the 2nd gen a shot. These are definitely better than 1st gen. I really like the immersion setting, it really makes my music sound amazing. Let's just hope these last longer than the others. I've had them for about 2 months at this point.
