A regrettable purchase. I have had these earphones for several months. I previously had Sony headphones but needed something low profile for work and other active settings. This is my first product from Bose so I really had no expectations going into it, but after everyday use, I definitely wish I had purchased another product. The sound quality, charging case, noise reduction and style are excellent, but the Bluetooth and the build quality are severely lacking. I was constantly having Bluetooth issues, literally my music would stop midway through my session forcing me to manually connect back in my settings. Near the latter half of my experience with these earphones, the left side of my set had unexpectedly got softer, and no amount of cleaning restored the volume back to that ear, so I always had full volume in one ear and almost nothing in the other. There’s a rubber (unsure of the material) ring that exists on the earbud and often it would turn, fray, or fall off causing some issues. If the rubber turns and you put it back in the case without realizing, then the earbud wouldn’t sit properly and it wouldn’t charge for the duration of its time in the case. There’s nothing worst starting a shift to hear the “low battery” warning. It does charge fairly quickly but it’s still something to lookout for. Honestly, future editions of these earbuds have potential, but for now, I can’t say this was a worthwhile purchase, especially at this price.

These are my first pair of noise cancellation earbuds, and I was absolutely blown away by how much of a difference they made to the environments around me. There are also different modes of listening to choose from, and the touch commands work so seamlessly.

Better than Gen1. Went from QC to Gen 1 UC and I’ve loved them all. First gen would fall out during workouts but sounded great. This new version has better ANC And sounds overall amazing. After fitting them right I no longer have the issue with them falling out. Lastly my only gripe with these is that after long periods with both on and ANC active my left bud keeps going into call mode (breaking ANC). They’re brand new though so I’m sure Bose will send a patch as I trust them too

Reviews indicated thay this product was not good for taking phonecalls. However, contrary to the reviews, I have taken phone calls and talked via this product and the sound quality is superior and the signal is incredibly reliable. The shape of this product was made by intelligent and wise individuals because it countours into my ears is perfectly.

Very comfortable, long distance Bluetooth signal, Best noise canceling, expensive but good.

These are quite pricey but the noise canceling and features are better than any other Bluetooth I've seen.

The earbuds came with different size inserts to fit smaller ears, the sound quality and different "noise" settings are awesome. I highly recommend!

These earbuds are true noise canceling. They fit comfortable in your ear for hours at a time.

I really like my Bose ear bugs it was worth the money hand down. You can hear very clear on them and the other person don't hear any background noise and I work in a stamping plant where it very loud noise all day.

These buds are very comfortable and have great sound. Setup was simple. The midnight violet color is very cool.

Sound is great. I love the fit, color and they are wireless charging.

Bought these to replace my dying Jabra Elites, by far my favorite gym headphone, and these have held up well in comparison. Only complaint is that they don’t stay in position when running at higher speeds on the treadmill and because these sense contact the music often would stop. Otherwise, good bass, crisp sound, solid gym option and travel well.

Their Bluetooth connection is so much better than gen 1 and the fit is so much better! Sound quality is top tier.

The sound is sharp, crisp, and nothing short of spectacular. However, the best thing about these earbuds is the comfort. I have worn them for over six hours, and I felt zero pain or discomfort. So far, these are the only earbuds that I can wear for hours and not have that nagging pain in my ears.
