I was used to my old headphones consistently have less battery life. These have not had that problem at all. The sound is great and the noise canceling is a lifesaver most of the time.

Luckily it was a practice drill but I've had multiple times people yell or call out to me but I'm so into my music

Better than Airpod Pros. Bass blasters

I have had both now and while they aren't as compatible in the Apple ecosystem, they sound much better than the Airpods and the bass is killer. Highly recommend.

Noise canceling is incredible - better than any earbuds I've ever used, and close to my over-the-ear headphones' noise-canceling. Sound is outstanding. If you don't like the sound, check your device's equalizer before changing the EQ in the Bose app - I was getting too much higer-frequency sound and then I found that my phone's EQ was set incorrectly.

I just switched for a new pair less than three weeks and it’s happening again. I’ve tried other brands but manage to return due to the sound quality and noise cancellation. I would recommend with caution due to the issue with software and also, not properly designed for the ear.

The disconnection issue can sometimes occur when the earbuds are connected to multiple Bluetooth devices that are powered on and actively trying to connect. In many cases, clearing the earbuds' Bluetooth device memory and pairing them again can help resolve unexpected connection issues.

However, if you decide to give the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) another try in the future, we recommend clearing the product's paired Bluetooth device list and reconnecting only the devices you use regularly.
