Easy out of box to setup, pair, and use with exceptional sound quality. Do feel their is an improvement in Gen2 sound quality vs Gen1. Love these earphones and pretty much use daily. Highly recommend this product.

These earbuds are equipped with four microphones in each earbud, and proper fit plays an important role in ensuring the best possible call quality. If the microphones are blocked or the earbuds are not positioned correctly, the person on the other end of the call may experience reduced audio quality. We recommend making sure the earbuds are seated properly in your ears and that the microphones are not obstructed by hair, hats, scarves, or other headwear. It's also a good idea to check that the microphone openings are clean and free from any dust or debris.

Excellent earbuds

However i decided to give the 2nd gen a shot. These are definitely better than 1st gen. I really like the immersion setting, it really makes my music sound amazing. Let's just hope these last longer than the others. I've had them for about 2 months at this point.

I work in a noisy place and he can hear me great and I can hear him. The option to hear everything around me, when I am NOT using them for calls or music or books, is great. I don't have to take them out to hear.

Great but still has its issues

I daily drive these due to work so practicality is awesome. However, I have been having issues with buds charging in case if not seated properly. Occasionally I have connectivity issues and have to reconnect the buds to my phone.

Best Buy is a great place to shop because it offers many products to compare. We also take advantage of their annual tech support program and have found it to be of great value for supporting our purchases.

Best decision made. My wife uses them all day every day for work and to drown out the outside noise and they do just that. Sound is amazing.
