Sound quality is great but i feel as though it could be louder. Noise canceling is pretty amazing. Recently the battery life seems to be depreciating quickly as it does not stay charged. Ive had some connectivity issues and trouble consistently switching between my phone and computer. Usually requires me to completly shut off the headphones as the manual button on the side even tho it read backs the new source, i hear nothing.

They fit comfortable. The noise canceling is amazing I work with numatic air tools and I can hear my music fine. I do like that in aware mode you can change the setting so if it get to loud it goes right to noise canceling. The cinema function it very nice too if you just want to sit around and watch a show on your phone. Over all very happy with them.

The app makes pairing with multiple devices super easy compared to many other models out there! I love having the multiple levels of noise cancellation (off, immersion, quiet). Hard to find headphones with both inner ear fit and outer ear fit attachments. Make for a great, lightweight alternative of over-the-ear headphones in high-stimulation environments.

These earbuds offer exceptional sound quality, outstanding comfort, and a secure fit. Their premium audio performance is unmatched, and the noise cancellation feature is excellent, effectively blocking unwanted distractions so I can stay focused. I am planning to buy another for my family. 100% recommended earbuds.

The sound quality is incredible. The immersion settings are a unique feature. I have had a pairing issue a couple times but nothing substantial enough to make me regret the purchase. I had the Sony Linkbuds before this and the left one died after only 4 years. Hopefully these don’t disappoint in that aspect.

They come partially charged. As soon as I put them in my ear for the 1st time, they went into a noise canceling phase. It was the best noise/ambient sound canceling I've ever experienced. The sound and bass are great, crisp, and powerful. There is an equalizer in app to adjust what you want. The fit is great, they stay in my ears during jumping rope and anything else I've been doing with them in. The touch controls work great! Tap the buds to pause, and slide finger up and down to turn volume up and down. The only disappointment is the battery life isn’t as long as I'd like. They last a while just not as long as I'd like. I've had the Status 3NC buds and those have the best battery life Ive ever come across.

Probably would give 5 stars, but one super minor issue, on startup a little computer lady mumbles some model number or something in your ear each time, which is annoying. Not very serious though. Sound quaility is good, but noise cancellation is great for ear buds. You cannot hear someone talking in a normal voice behind you. If you have other bose products, sound quality is similar, they sound good at all ranges from lows to highs but not amazing in any. Better bass than mose earbuds. If you put them on correctly by rotating them into your ear they fit suprisingly comfortably with no ear fatigue after an hour of wearing. If you are looking for good sound quality and great noise cancelation in an earbud, these are great for the price!

Been using these for a while now and I would highly recommend. They have great sound quality. I have used them for gaming, music, videos, etc. - all have been great quality. I do use them a lot (8+ hour usage/day) so I have encountered times where the battery has not lasted the entire day. That being said, when they have low battery they seem to recharge quickly (30 mins or so), or at least enough to get me through the rest of the day. Great fit within the ears and noise cancellation. Highly recommend!

I purchased these to replace my aging Sony WF1000XM3 ear buds which were no longer holding a charge. I'm impressed the sound quality and noise cancelling which are both far better than my old pair. The bass especially is impressive for a pair of earbuds. The fit is comfortable and and I have no issues wearing them for 3-4 hours on flights or while working. The immersive audio modes are also impressive, but I prefer to just use the standard listening mode. Voice quality for calls seems similar to my old pair. The They probably don't compete with a headset, but for the form factor these are the best buds I've ever used.

I've always like the quality and sound of Bose, gen2 improvements are a definite plus, with the fit, and comfort durability. Slow connectivity is my only quarrel at this point.

These are very comfortable and nearly perfect noise canceling earbuds. None work perfectly, but these are the best I have found. I also like the fact that they automatically connect to whatever device I am using.

I'm autistic and needed something to block sounds when I'm going thru sensory overload. These don't completely block the sound but they quiet things enough that it feels like instant relief. On top of that they're the most comfortable earbuds I've EVER used. I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro 3, the Sony Inzone and the Sony Pulse Explore before these and returned them all before I landed on these perfect little gems. I'll never go back to another brand now. My absolute only gripe is that I really wish I could use them natively with my ps5 and get simultaneous audio from ps5 and my phone at the same time. Unfortunately only the Sony Pulse Explore can do that and they're horrible.

I have both the previous headphones and earbuds but the 2nd generation series earbuds are the best ever. They are the quietest of the quiet, comfortable at its' best, superb fit and excellent sound in all modes. I'm still in awe of the sound!

I recently purchased this Bose Earbuds from Best Buy, and I’m very satisfied with the quality and performance. The sound is clear on both calls and meetings, and the microphone picks up my voice very well without background noise. It’s also very comfortable to Ears for long hours while working from home or attending virtual meetings.

Honestly I love these headphones. I enjoy the immersive audio effect and find them to be smooth sounding with very good noise cancellation. I also like that they come with different size inserts to form better to your ears and they don’t fall out like my AirPods do. Only downside I haven’t noticed but my husband said that when we are in the phone if I am eating/chewing he can hear the chewing from my jaw moving on his end of the call. Otherwise love them and the plum color is so pretty!
