Honestly I love these headphones. I enjoy the immersive audio effect and find them to be smooth sounding with very good noise cancellation. I also like that they come with different size inserts to form better to your ears and they don’t fall out like my AirPods do. Only downside I haven’t noticed but my husband said that when we are in the phone if I am eating/chewing he can hear the chewing from my jaw moving on his end of the call. Otherwise love them and the plum color is so pretty!

Love the ear buds very comfortable and the sound is great. Battery life seems to be very good so far. The noise canceling feature is also very neat not sure how it works but I like it

I love these so much better than the first gen. They stay securely in my ears. I'm a bass head so Bose work well. The bass is deep, which makes me really happy. The clarity is amazing. The app leaves a bit to be desired because it can be unstable, with the earbuds not connecting as they should.

Great clear crisp sound. Good bass and above all amazing fit inside your ear. My airpods would fall out every hour no matter what I was doing . 4 stars because I wish it was louder volume

I purchased the XM1000XM6 Earbuds and the ANC on those were next level. I ended up returning those and purchased the Bose QC2 based upon the call quality. The fit is perfect it wont fall out of your ears and the bass is impressive.

Purple color is fun. Sound quality too notch. Great comfortable fit and long battery life. Love love them. I use them everyday so it validates the cost of them. Definitely worth it.

Great sound - the bass is phenomenal and they give you 3 pairs of ear plugs for more comfort. Noise cancellating system is great. I am very happy with this purchase

Bose does it again. Nobody, in my opinion, can knock it out of the ball park like Bose does when it comes to your headsets. I love the fit but especially the sound. And now in purple!! Can't go wrong here.

Bought these to replace Sony earbuds that the battery stopped charging on. The sound quality is excellent & they stay comfortably in my ears. I like the "aware" mode while I'm around other people as it makes it easy to hear what's going on around me or have a conversation without taking the earbuds out. The app is also user friendly & easy to use.

The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds are definitely the most advanced pair of earbuds I’ve ever owned. I was skeptical when I first read some of the features, but the second I tried putting one in my ear canal, I was blown away by the experience. Somehow, they could literally sense where and how the earbuds were positioned, how cool is that? Although I really dislike having to download apps for things that could run without apps, I made an exception for the QC Ultra. Having the earbuds without the app is to me like owning a Lamborghini in New York City. Yes, you can drive it, but you don’t get to fully experience what makes it an exceptional car. You can customize your audio preference in greater detail through the app. The noise-cancellation feature of the earbuds is truly outstanding which is why the premium price warrants it. Once you put these on, it’s like you’re in your own world. I don’t fly as much anymore, but these earbuds had me itching to book a flight just for the sheer satisfaction of silencing the sound of a crying baby.

So far, so good. Sound is excellent and using the correct size tips and stability bands (outer silicone) makes all the difference. They are stabile and very lightweight. They don't fall out of my ears even if I shake my head. Also really like the different modes for immersive, cinema, etc... I bought a pair for my wife too. Would definitely recommend.

Sound quality, noise reduction, comfort and fit are awesome. Slightly bulky, but easy to overlook. Battery life could be better, but it charges quickly.

These Earbuds are the best I've had the pleasure of owning. They have many options to choose from for the fit of the earbuds and are very comfortable. Bose QuietComfort Ultra (2nd Gen) come with 3 listening modes pre-mapped into the earbuds (Quiet, Aware & Immersion), with the option to create your own and the ability to finetune your settings. The sound is well balanced and very rich. You have 3 channels to adjust on the EQ (Bass, Mid & Trebble). I would like more but 3 is fine. There's nothing negative to say about these in my experience so far.

These have become my go-to headphones! They look and feel great but it's the sound that sets them apart. Great noise cancelling and music/movies/everything sounds full and rich in them, even without adjusting the EQ, though having some ability to tune to taste only helps. I will still use by Airpods for niche stuff thanks to the Apple ecosystem, but for pure quality of silence and sound these are incredible.

These Bose earbuds have great sound, clear, rich, and strong bass. The noise cancelling is excellent and blocks out a lot of noise. They are also comfortable and stay in place. Cons: When I’m on the phone, the earbuds pick up a lot of background sound, so the other person can hear everything around me. Overall, they’re great for music and noise cancelling, but phone calls in noisy places aren’t the best.

The sound quality and noise cancellation of these earbuds are stellar! I wanted to keep them, but connection issues started after having them only two days. It got so bad I contacted customer support. They had me do several steps, but nothing worked. Earbuds wouldn't stay connected to my phone and would connect to the Bose app. They offered a replacement, but wanted me to send the earbuds back to them first. No, that's not acceptable when I paid $300 for these earbuds. Took them back to Best Buy, exchanged them for another pair. Same issue after 2 days... wouldn't stay connected to my phone. Apparently, the Gen 2 earbuds have issues staying connected to Android phones. After the same issue happened with the second set, I went back to Best Buy and returned them and got a different brand. Guess what? Not one single problem with my new earbuds, and I've had them for over a month. Bose needs to get their stuff together and fix their customer service AND their connectivity issues. No, I'm not a Bose hater- I have the Quite Comfort Ultra headphones, and they are simply SUPERB!! If you're an Android user- avoid these like the plague! Rated 2 star because of sound quality and noise cancellation. Customer Service- 0 stars, Connectivity- 0 stars. Sound Quality- 5 stars, Noise Cancellation- 5 stars. The first two can't bring this above 2 stars overall.
