These earbuds do not disappoint and honestly they are really comfortable, although you have to he careful since its really not that greay for people with big ears since they keep falling of due to the specific anatomy of the person( example me having my right earlobe more open the the left one causing the right ear bud to fall) but overall that small issue they're great for walking around the city and working out since they can definitely hold on tight

Fixed all the connectivity issues i was having with the first gen. Fits great as usual and sound quality is legit. I like the fact that there aren't any accidental touches if i make an adjustment in my ear.

These earbuds are the perfected version of the 1st gen earbuds. Everything that was wrong with the 1st gens have been fixed. If you are worried about random disconnections, thumping, screeching, or the earbuds just falling apart from cheap glue then have no fear for the 2nd generation has fixed those problems. That being said I would still get the warranty I'm not a fool.

I bought these after returning Ultra Gen 2 headphones for terrible ANC. I bought my daughter a pair and figure I would try these. I have always been a big headphone person, but I like earbuds as you can hide them with your hair. These blow every headphone/earbud out of the park so far. The soung quality and ANC is beyond superior. The even cancel out my box fan which the Ultra Gen 2 headphones couldn't do. My only 2 issues is that they are super sensitive to touch and they seem heavy in my ears. The sound and ANC out weight the issues.

I'm always on the go and always need to have my hands free and these are the best. The comfort and quality are there!

These Bose QuietComfort Ultra 2nd‑gen earbuds have impressed me with their rich, balanced sound and truly powerful noise cancellation, which makes a big difference on flights and daily commutes. They’re comfortable enough to wear for long stretches and the different listening modes in the app are genuinely useful, but for the price I do wish the call quality was just a bit better compared with some other top options.

Really good earbuds...sound and fit are awesome would definitely recommend

I had a pair of the first gen Bose Quiet Comfort II earbuds and I was happy with them, good bass, good sound cancellation, and good sound overall. I use them mostly for music, rarely phone conversations. Unfortunately one of them got dropped and stepped on while visiting a relative over the Christmas holiday. It was damaged beyond repair. Best Buy had the newest version, the Ultra 2nd gen buds, on sale and I had some rewards to use so I bit the bullet and splurged on a gift for myself. I’m glad I did. This latest version has much better sound cancellation and other features that surpass the previous version. One of those features is far better connectivity, particularly when switching between my iPad and my iPhone. I also have a pair of the latest Apple AirPods Pro. They’re good too, but without a doubt, these Bose QC Ultra earbuds blow the AirPods away. Much better bass and noise cancellation. So, if you’re looking for high performance earbuds, the Bose Ultra earbuds are much better than the previous version and the Apple AirPods Pro, by far. Expensive, yes. But worth every dollar if you appreciate good quality sound.

With the ability to use the equalizer I can filter out or dial in on different sounds in recordings I have to review. Also very easy to sleep with and eliminates sounds that prevent you from sleeping during travel.

Best headphones ever! Comfort, sound quality and elegant design!!

Admittedly, I nearly took these back, because I didn't think they were cancelling out the sound. But before doing so I changed out to the largest option ear adapters and outer rings. After doing that I found they were performing much better at blocking outside sound. And even better after figuring out how to tap the bud to get "Immersive Sound". I have owned many sets of ear buds from various manufacturers. And these are, by far, the very best I have ever owned! Great quality sound that doesn't need to be over-cranked to eliminate outside noise.

The sound quality, fit is amazing. The only challenge is that I cannot answer or calls with the earbuds.

Smooth and confortable in ear, excellent design and sound …

Awesome sound, rumbling bass, mids and highs are very crisp and clear. NC is the best, period!!! Blocks almost everything without feeling the "cabin pressure" sensation. Awareness mode is good. Love the Immersion mode for movies although it drains the battery much faster. Extremely comfortable for long periods. Battery could be better, doesn't last a day in the office if you wear them all day. Continuous use lasts between 5 and 6 hours tops!
