I stepped up to this gen2 and find the clarity of calls is better. This was an open-box in excellent condition saving me money. Happy with this product.

The headphones look and feel "Premium". I would purchase again in a heartbeat. Of course, I would only buy again from Best Buy, because Best Buy has the best customer service I have ever seen in a "Big Box" department store. Love shopping there.

Had a good fit, and as someone with a bigger head it was comfortable. Only downside is if you have multiple devices it will switch between each one without warning. Overall, would definitely recommend.
